europe: paris, france

Amsterdam - Paris - Versailles - Belgium

Paris. Who knew I'd be visiting this city this year? I still don't know how it happened but it did. But that's for another post!

And here is the list: The Eiffel Tower - the magical and majestic Eiffel Tower, the intense gargoyles of Notre Dame Cathedral that I can't stop gawking at especially at night, the little bookstore called Shakespeare and Co. where one of favorite trilogy was filmed, around Musée du Louvre, strolling Champs-Élysées against the cold all the way to Arc de Triomphe, the little streets going home to Rue Le Regrattier where my amazing friend Dani made me crash for a few days, going back - and always going back - to the dazzling dancing lights of Eiffel that made me tear up like a kid on a field trip.

A few days isn't enough to explore and really know this city. One has to stay long or one has to come back. Many times, for sure.
