TIPS
  • Exchange money directly to Indonesian Rupiah for higher equivalent. Exchanged in Bali, outside the airport. (Central Kuta Money Exchange near the airport)
  • Rent a car for trips beforehand so that the driver can pick you up from the airport.
  • Haggle for tour rates! Haggle when shopping, slash it at 50% off automatically and work from there. :)
  • Cab ride flag-down is IDR 7,000 (PHP 25). Ride the Blue Bird Group cab.
  • Bring sarong for temple trips if you’re sensitive. If not, sarongs are provided.
  • Keep extra IDR 250,000 for airport tax on the flight home.
  • If you’re a group of girls, we understand you’ll be late no matter what, but then we missed some like Kintamani, and it was dark once we got to Tegalalang Rice Terraces, and we shopped instead of going to Jimbaran/Seminyak. But then it's up to you, have fun!
